VIA English Academy – Vietnam English Language Institute (VIA) offers students the opportunity to learn with autonomy, a passion for discovery, seize opportunities, and believe in themselves while actively connecting and integrating with diverse cultures. VIA is proud to present our optimal program for ages 11 and up, the VIA UNIVERSE, aimed at helping students confidently use English for communication, thereby forming natural language reflexes in everyday life and in school.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Prepare a robust vocabulary and grammar according to themes.
Practice a balanced set of the 4 skills: Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing, using language naturally and accurately.
Ensure high performance in KET, PET exams.
Familiarize with the types of critical thinking questions in the IELTS exam.
Develop important social knowledge and soft skills for international integration trends: Presentation skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity.

COMMITMENT

Skills:
Classroom activities along with English presentation projects will ensure students fully practice the 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing according to the standards of the Cambridge KET, PET exams.
At this level, students can write and present ideas logically, with a clear and coherent arrangement.
Concurrent training in presentation and thinking skills provides a strong foundation for equivalent question types in the IELTS exam.
Topics:
The topics covered in the course book include all content requirements of the Cambridge KET, PET exams.
Vocabulary:
After each level, students can identify and use about 250 new English words.

EXPERIENCED TEACHERS

Classroom Teachers: Teach and organize class events.
Homeroom Teachers: Act as a bridge between the family and the school, monitoring and guiding the learning of each student through each S.M.I.L.E phase.
Tutor Teachers: Provide specialized topic-based and one-on-one teaching.
Teacher Standards:
Graduates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees, holding TESOL, TEFL teaching certificates.
At least 2 years of teaching experience.
Deeply trained to understand the methods and teaching spirit of the center.
Regularly assessed and professionally trained.
